"Thus restaurant never misses. From the appetizers to the drinks to the desserts, you won’t be disappointed. Recommend trying the chargrilled oysters! The outdoor seating is beautiful as well. Our server sierra went above and beyond to take care of us. Can’t recommend it enough."
"I have been here several times and it’s my family’s fave place. The food is really good and the ambience is the best! It’s a place where we feel cozy and relax and of course the fine food is totally pampering! It’s not too expensive but it’s not the cheapest either , anyways I think it’s worth it for the experience of eating in such a soulful place!"
"I made reservations for 7:15pm, we arrived at 7pm and was told by the hostess there were a few tables ahead of us, and we are welcome to sit at the bar. We sat and ordered a glass of wine. There were plenty of empty tables and the restaurant didn’t seem very busy. We watched several families get seated, after 45mins of waiting we checked in with the hostess and was told “ohh, someone claimed your reservation” WTH…. We were then seated. I requested they comp the glass of wine for this oversight, and it was. The appetizer was great. Salads were great. The oysters were definitely lacking. Gumbo is as good."
"This is a great restaurant located in a beautiful location (behind the train station in old downtown Slidell). There is both indoor and outdoor seating - choose the outdoor! The service was too-notch and the food was bursting with flavor. We definitely will be back this way!!"
