"I Sked for a certain wig the cashier wS extreme rude and SAID thats why we put the wigs on display so you can look for yourself. She didnt assist me at all JULIA VERY RUDE my issue I would of love to look at the myself i cant hardly see i have to get up close to bethe able to see there my point you dont allow ti go behind th counter but she didnt want to show me at all hat i eas asking for any other wigs. there is absolutely no reason to br rude to any customers no excuses"
"Be sure to read your receipt. I bought a lace front wig on yesterday 12/09/2019. Didn't like the color so I asked if the wig can be dyed. Staff told me yes and they also pointed out on the package wig can be bleached dye . They went got the products for me to use to dye the wig. After doing so ...the pattern that was on the wig originally was completely gone the wig was dull and flat. Know style to it what so ever. Went to the store on today 12/10/2019...spoke the manager he stated store policy is all sales are final. I spent 80$$ on that wig. Not only did I only get a 40$ store credit he said because it was the display that was the best he could do and that was against store policy. WARNING UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY BEWARE...READ AND MAKE SURE THE STAFF KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT...do course I will NEVER shop there again."
