"At first my wife had a good visit and had great service so she decided to purchase some “specials” as suggested by the lady that does the treatments. After payment was made it was next to impossible to reach the lady. My wife was scheduled to go in that day and she tried to call but no answer then text but no answer. my wife woke up and had the flu so she couldn’t make it. After many failed attempts of tryomg to reach her i resortd ro contacting the Better Business bureau, I received a reply almost immediately with the lady texting that she wasn’t going to be bullied. It was not a threat but we had paid for about $1000 worth of treatments and she never got back with my wife about rescheduling. So we’re basically out all the money we paid. Not once has the lady tried to reach out to my wife to make things right and I may still take it up with the BBB. Buyer beware. Theft by service."
