"I had midsouth diesel repair do work on my rig,i had issues with the adjuster of course,but once i received my insurance check Terry Francis the owner of midsouth gave me the most horrible experience I've ever had to encounter. Terry ordered my parts from Kenworth Of Louisiana in Carencro (straight idiots also),together they totally messed up on ordering my parts. After getting the parts in they,Terry called me saying they didn't order my grille cover costing me an additional 1200. 00. So i told him to send all parts back to Kenworth. Terry put certain parts on my truck anyway. I paid Terry additional money to install led lights i had previously purchased on my truck,Terry charged me 400.00 more to put on these lights and put my drive shaft back on. Terry took the easy the way out installing these lights by tapping into my trailer light pigtail. He also broke the prong on one of my new headlights,and the crazy thing about it he said i broke it by driving down the road heading home once he said my truck was completed. I gave his business one star and that's only because there is no zero,but he definitely get a negative 10 and below from me!! I was referred there,but after my experience with this shop,i wouldn't let this shop repair a flat tire on my sons bicycle."
