"Me and my family were traveling to New Orleans from Houston and got a flat tire on the way. We put the spare on and stopped at the nearest auto spot we could find which happened to be CJ’s. Although they were unable to get us the tire we needed, the two gentleman there pointed us in the right direction and even asked us to check the spare and put air in it since it was low. My husband offered a small tip for all their help and both declined and said they just wanted us to be safe. I apologize for not asking for their names but I want say Thank you so much. This world needs more people like you."
"Absolute worst customer service. Trying to get unnecessary money out of our pockets without even having the full information. Terrible!!!"
"I was stranded on the side of the road yesterday and called for a tow truck. The guy said he would be headed out in about 10 to 15 minutes and he would call when he was on his way. I never received a call and he never showed up, after waiting over an hour I called another company and the came within 20 minutes. I feel like this was very unprofessional not to even call to let me know that you were not coming."
"When I had CJ get my jeep, I said to him that I needed it asap and for him to find the part no matter the price and fix it. (At that time I was working out of town) 3 months later and he hadn't found the part and I assume he hadn't really tried to find the part because I found the part in 20 minutes looking online smh. I also got the runaround on trying to catch up with him so I could get my jeep. I highly recommend NOT using this establishment."
