"Took my mower there. Guy said it was spark plug. Brought it home black smoke poured out of it and it was leaking gas. Called them and the guy said it was running when you left here. Did not offer any suggestions or bring it back and we will try to fix it or anything."

"Top notch! After this snow storm and subsequent fence repair, I am doubly happy with my Farm Boss. I try to do business locally and with family owned when possible. To be honest, I didn't shop around much, as reputation is one of the most important factors for me. It wasn't a buy and leave process. Although it was new, they wanted to gas/oil/test it out before they sent me away with it. This is great! They took some extra time after the chainsaw was sold to check it. I like the thoroughness and friendliness here. Even if it's a few dollars more, it's worth it to get the outstanding personal service."

"I hate to have to leave negative feedback, but I left my chainsaw for tune up. They kept it a month and said it was ready. They replaced a sprocket and spark plug. They ran it to check for oil leaks- couldn’t find any. I bring it home and try it. The very FIRST pull I notice the pull rope is now very frayed. It wasn’t frayed when I dropped it off and they didn’t bother to fix it while it was there. I spent a half hour fixing it myself. I can’t recommend them now even though I had just bought a new saw there and referred a friend there recently who also bought there. I’ll go elsewhere in the future. Only reason it’s not one star is because they were at least friendly at the counter."
