"Ordered 2 gallons of paint online at 10am. Went to pick it up at 530pm. Paint was not ready. Nobody at the front counter. Had to go back room to find someone to help me. The associate was friendly but complained that someone else should had made the order earlier in the day. Waste of time to order online, according to the associate it does not specify if you ordered tinted paint. He slapped two gallons of untinted paint on the counter. I had to show him on my order confirmation that it was indeed supposed to be tinted. Sherwin Williams had apparently changed the paint formula for the colors I needed , which caused my paint not to match. Even though it was not my fault I wasted 140$ on paint that does not match what I have on my walls. Since paint is tinted they won't give a refund."
