"I have been waiting for 2 weeks for a residential homeowners quote! I have also called and left a message for manager with NO call back! We are pending closing on a house. We had a policy with them prior and waited almost 2 weeks to get quote! This is very unprofessional I have spoke with 3-4 other companies that have had a 24-48 hour turn around time and sent quotes! Will not give them my business nor will I recommend them to anyone!"
