"This is the most unprofessional, nail salon I’ve ever experienced. First, they are never open on time. I tried to get serviced twice for 10:00 a.m., and they weren’t open. My second experience, they insist, first time patrons pay prior to receiving any service. I’ve never heard of such foolishness. The straw that broke the camel’s back though. My daugter visited to receive a full set. For average length nails, with color acrylic this lady said $110. That is absurd. They are scamming people. There is no price list, they make up prices for each client is what it seems like to me. I do not recommend this place."

"Horrible service. The workers here have bad attitudes. A young Woman did my toes & then refused to do my nails because I politely told her i felt she rushed my pedicure & i guess it upset her. I asked what was the reason she couldn’t do my nails she claimed they weren’t skilled enough. I already showed her the nail idea before hand before she started my pedicure so she could’ve told me she couldn’t do the nails but she didn’t. This was such a horrible experience. I do not recommend going to this place. They make you pay firsthand which is ridiculous. Horrible customer service. Do not spend your money here. -Khloe Randle"
