"We stopped at champs to buy some winter gear. As I was trying on a hoodie I set my sunglasses down on a shelf. After we got in the car I realized what I had done. I thought for sure my $350 Maui Jim glasses where gone. I still ran back to the store but wasn’t very hopeful. When I got there as I figured they where gone. When Tyree spotted me she said I got them for you. She had put them behind the counter. I just wanted to put her name out there because I sure appreciate her"

"One star for Jordan the customer service rep who was able to get my return processed. Champs should definitely be mindful of who they put in management positions. Lamont who's a "manager" at the store refused to give me a refund because my purchase was more then 30 days old when my receipt advised me that I had 45 days. I was told it didn't matter what the receipt said the return policy is 30 days. I asked for the customer service number and was told to look on my receipt. I had to Google Champs customer service who had to call the store to get them to process my refund. Lamont needs more training if he's going to manage a store and deal with paying customers because his attitude was horrible. I will never shop at this establishment again. If the receipt says 45 days HONOR IT! It's YOUR POLICY!....... Photo of return policy attached."

"Let me Start off by saying I wish I could get this review no stars at all that’s how horrible it was!!! The staff was so rude it was as if nobody wanted to be working there! Every time I asked to see a shoe it was an issue for the lady . She had an attitude she did not want to go and get it . It was as if I was bothering her then she was eating the entire time .The staff refused to give me a receipt for the purchase I had made . I have never shopped at a establishment where they refused to give me a receipt for my purchase . Do yourself a favor and run when you see the store! I have contacted customer service and I’m waiting to see what they’re going to do . Please also keep in mind that I spent nearly $500 !!!"
