"Unprofessional. The man in there is extremely rude. The lady and man will be nice to you when you purchase it but after the purchase, the man will take any chance to be rude. They will NOT contact you about anything and you must call them consistently. I payed an extra $20 for shipping just to received the SAME dress I originally tried on. The man practically held my dress hostage because I had to “make an appointment” to try on a dress I already bought. When I did go to try it on, he didn’t even take his time with me and rushed me. He was more worried about selling another dress. When I told him I didn’t want to pay $40 to trim up my dress about 2 inches and that I’d do it at home, he looked at me funny and then left 5 sewing pins in my dress and my straps. This left me getting cut on my arm when taking it off (only a minor one). I wish I could give it a zero star. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE."
