Papa T's Barbershop

"First visit and I'm IMPRESSED...which is difficult to do with a new Barber. Over the past 6 years, I've been to probably 10 different "Barbers" across Beaumont, Lumberton and Port Arthur. There are BARBERS and there are "people who cut hair." Around here, there are many more of the later than the former. It may take 2-3 cuts for you and the Barber to get on the same page >>> Not this time. And, I know the barber will still be working there when I go back in several weeks, which seems to be a constant problem around here. Three weeks after you got a decent cut, you go back and find the barber no longer works there. New barber at Papa T's sat me down, LISTENED to what I wanted and cut my hair EXACTLY the way I wanted. Hair was cut this morning and I'm already scheduling my next cut. Papt T's is exactly what was needed in north Beaumont, South Lumberton!! You'll be so happy you got a good cut that you'll walk off and leave the hat you were wearing when you walked in. Think I'm lying, look on the walls of the shop!"

"Absolutely the best. All 3 of my boys get their haircut here with Paty. But, all the women who work here are great, friendly, and knowledgeable. They take walk-ins as well as appointments. They work with children and adults alike. Would highly recommend them!"

"Made an appointment for Crystal 2 days in advance. Received confirmation of the appointment that day and the day before. Arrived 15 minutes prior to appointment, checked in and waited. Autumn asked if I had an appointment to which I said yes with Crystal. She said Crystal nust be running late which is unusual for her. Waited till well after my time and was told Crystal was not coming in, she has the flu. Why couldn't I be texted and save me the trip. Went to a competitor of theirs and got an awesome haircut and beard trim. Looks like I have a new barber now."

"Brought my son to get his first big boy haircut today. Lady’s where nice. Had an appointment at 1 and got seen at 1:25. I got autumn as a barber and everything was good until my husband pointed out something on my sons hair so she can fix it. He asked very nicely and she automatically went into defense mode and started to be rude. It made my husband feel bad for speaking up. Mind you this man was never rude and kept telling her sorry for speaking up. The owner ended up stepping in to finish my sons hair and she was very respectable and understanding. Giving this place a 5 star for the owner and manager Mandy and Jessica. Autumn definitely needs to learn how to take customers comments better. Not sure if she was having a bad day but that was not acceptable on her end."
