"The barbers were talking bad about me in Spanish when I arrived and I chose to take my business elsewhere. They should definitely try to talk better about their customers, especially the ones that speak Spanish. Will not be returning to any of their locations in the future."
"We usually go here for our boys hair cuts but this visit wasn’t very satisfying. The barber cut my sons head and left a razor burn on the back of his neck. He was sitting still during his hair cut he’s 10 so it’s not his first round. The barber blamed it on my son and said the design was too hard. My son thought he was in trouble because of how the barber acted when we asked about it. I usually don’t leave negative reviews but when children are involved there must be improvement on the customer service side. No one asked for a discount or special treatment we just think for future clients that are children or families should add a little extra care on the customer service side."
"THE BEST! Everyone here is super nice and respectful. There’s about 9 barbers here, so it works as walk ins, but with that many here, the wait times aren’t long at all. There is a language barrier, but they understand and do exactly what you’re asking for! They do really great work. Also… extremely decent prices!!"
