"I hate this pharmacy! They’re absolutely horrible. Nobody answers the phone, drive-thru is never open. They just need to close"
"I strictly went to the pharmacy. I was next in line when I got there. The pharmacy tech was polite and knowledgeable. She found my script and checked me out in no time. As I was leaving the store, I noticed that there was only one person waiting to be checked out. There was plenty of parking."
"I literally hate to have to come to this pharmacy. They often don’t utilize the drive-through portion of the pharmacy and you will wait literally 30 minutes or more to get service there. That’s not including the time for them to actually get your medication and hand it to you— if they actually have it open at all. I feel that they are very rude and unprofessional over the phone and in person when you go in I have called the corporate and reported interactions and how they operate but nothing has yet to be done. If you absolutely just want to use CVS as your preferred pharmacy, then go to the one inside target at the Old Esplanade Mall the CVS absolutely sucks. I would never recommend anyone to go there for the pharmacy."
"It seems like they won't even fill your prescriptions that are called in unless you call them and beg lol. In the past month, I've had to wait an average of 2 days to get a script filled. One of those times was for a pre-packaged antibiotic that simply needed to be placed in a bag with a label sticker. UPDATE: came on a Sunday at 2pm and a handwritten "pharmacy closed" sign was out. Now it seems you'd need to call ahead to make sure they are even open, but they don't answer the phone. Switching pharmacies this week."
"The pharmacy staff is the worst! They're so rude and from reading other reviews it's the culture of this place. It's a shame that a pharmacy staff acts this way considering that the people who go pick up medications are sick and we are treated like we're bothering them. The whole staff needs to be trained on customer service including the pharmacist who is rude as well. A simple greeting or hello who be appreciated not eye rolls and an attitude. I urge CVS to invest in training their pharmacy staff. **The staff of the actual store is great! Always friendly and helpful. The pharmacy staff should learn from them. If it wasn't for the bad service at the pharmacy I would give them 5 stars."
