"I have been getting my hair cut by Ricky since 2018 when he worked at the barber shop on Barksdale AFB. It was a no-brainer to take my business to his barber shop in Benton when he made the move. He always does a great job. Even my son who is a student over at LA Tech drives back to visit Ricky when he needs a cut. Do yourself a favor, and go see Ricky for your next haircut."
"I’ve been in this barber shop many times, it is very convenient as far as location from my home. Sandra has always been very nice and polite every time I’ve been in. Ricky, on the other hand, has not. I’ve seen Ricky be rude to customers, each time being women and children. He has cut my son’s hair a few times and cut him with either scissors or clippers on two occasions. I personally get my haircut every 2-4 weeks regularly. My haircut has always been the same price, but I went this past weekend after 3-4 weeks, and Ricky all of the sudden wants to charge me and extra $5-$6 bc he said it wasn’t maintained. I get a high and tight with a zero guard on the sides and back and a 3 on top. Nobody’s hair can grow that much in 3-4 weeks after consistently getting it that short to justify and increase bc of “not being maintained”… that lost him this family’s business…"
