"This guy in the corner near the entrance cut my hair and it wasn’t even what I asked for. It was WAY TOO SHORT and uneven and he barely bothered sectioning and watering my hair down properly. Also he probably barely understands English because I could barely understand him either. I had to go to another salon to get it fixed. I’m absolutely never coming back even if it was the last salon in Beaumont"

"Christy did a poor job on my highlights retouch. There were so many areas where she missed and in the back it just doesn’t even look like I got my roots retouched at all. She made me pay full price and she also dabbed toner in spots where the bleach bled and didn’t rinse it out she just used a spray bottle and dabbed it with a paper towel and told me to wash it a few times whenever I got home. When we were finished and she went to show me from the back with a mirror she pointed the mirror down so I couldn’t see the blank spots she skipped over. Whenever I proceeded to ask her why she didn’t complete it she said it was supposed to look that way and whenever I told her no ma’am move the mirror up so I can see and show you and then she said to come back so she can fix it. When I have tried to reschedule to fix it she has made it seem like she has no want or need to fix it at all. Just over all disappointed with my experience here and how I was treated and did not feel taken care of in the slightest. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Christy needs way better customer service skills."
