"Front desk seems not very friendly. The food was average and the portion was very little. For the pasta price of $32 they could add a bit more pasta lol. The salad was literally like cut of lettuce head in half and put 2pcs of cherry tomatoes and cucumbers and 4 pcs of sliced radish. I will never go back!"

"Emeril’s name is not enough to keep this place afloat. We have been to several of his restaurants, and this doesn’t belong in the same class. Most of the food we had was only fair, although all the dishes were priced unreasonably high. Three of us spent nearly 3 hours there for dinner, including waiting 15 minutes for a table we had reserved, despite the fact that the place was far from full. The service was terrible and reflected thoroughly inadequate training. Despite waiting an hour for our starters, we were brought two lukewarm bowls of soup and one incorrect order. We thought it was nearly impossible to ruin french onion soup, but this was not only cold but also overly salty. I was brought a pot of mussels, with no bowl in which to put the shells, and one of my companions had to wait another 5 minutes for their main. The waitress completely forgot to bring the side we ordered, despite the fact that she enthusiastically talked us into ordering it. The wines were priced so absurdly high that, for the first time I can remember, we opted to not have any. With so many fabulous restaurants in NOLA, I regret having wasted one evening at this one."

"I ate there for my birthday. Everything was delicious! The turkey gumbo with the dark roux, the shrimp bordelaise, and the bread pudding. Best bread pudding I ever ate. Also gave me a nice dessert with a beautiful candle for my birthday. Waitress so sweet and attentive. Would love to go back."

"Dined here with my family on Thanksgiving night 2023. Food was very average and more on the bland side. To put it in context, I had to ask for salt and pepper. I ordered the trout with potatoes and a side of green beans. The best and most flavorful part was the mushrooms that were tossed in with the green beans. We also tried the bread pudding, I have to say, there was nothing wow about it. I understand the place opened earlier this month, but it was a disappointment considering the name that is attached to it and the city it’s in that’s known for its flavors."
