"I just got my hair butchered and walked out looking like a peacock. The original person I made my appointment with apparently was not there so another stylist was assigned to do my hair. The original stylist I selected had over 18 years experience which is why I chose her. This new stylist Hevin i found out is fresh out of cosmetology school after doing a little research. I cried going to my truck and immediately put my scarf on my head. So disappointed, i will never go back. Hoping to find the original stylist so she can fix my hair. Apparently they let people with no experience cut people's hair....stay far away."

"First let me say that DJ Estrada is AMAZING! Not only does he do an amazing job with my hair, he also brightens my day! I was always afraid to try new styles and COLOR, but he has brought me out of my shell and now I'm just fabulous! "My 14 yo daughter got her hair shampooed, cut, blow dried, curled, and a small braid at the top of the curls. Yes I know she is adult price. The stylist mentioned a 10.00 up charge for her one small braid and curls. That was fine. The (insane) total was 50.00, but again that is fine-I should have asked about the total beforehand. Luckily she let me use the 25% off new customer coupon at the end. She didn't get her hair colored or permed, so the price is extreme, so I will not be going back. Could have gone to a stylist in Lumberton and paid 30. The part that got me though was the hairstylist told me I had to put the extra 10.00 fee for the curls in the tip section due to a "computer issue", while my daughter was getting her hair done. She said this was because the system probably wasn't going to let her add that service and that really it should be more but "she wanted to do that" for my daughter. She had my daughter so pumped and my daughter was wanting to keep using her as her hairdresser but I feel cheated. The part that confirmed my feeling was when she pulled that huge 12.00 tip (almost double of a 15% tip) out of the drawer during the transaction and pocketed it, while the other hairdresser who did my son's hair pulled her normal 1.50 tip out of my sons 12.00 haircut. Also the hairdresser was VERY specific about making sure my son and daughter were two separate transactions on my card, so their tips would be calculated correctly. The pocketing the whole 12.00 did not seem like a normal business practice to me considering the 10.00 was supposed to be for SERVICES NOT POCKET MONEY/TIP, which yes is different than it going toward services and not going to a pocket... but I did not want confrontation and was in a hurry. I have worked for tips before also so I know the legal aspect of keeping tips, and this was NOT right. I shouldn't have put it towards the tip and if she couldn't add the extra 10.00 fee normally then she shouldn't have charged me for that considering that was the only correct way to charge that fee. Also, not even sure how a computer wouldn't let you charge that.. After talking to my husband I realized I was right and that something about this situation wasn't right. I will not be returning and I feel awful about the whole experience. I do not like being taken advantage of. I called to speak to a manager and a girl promised a manager would call me back instead of getting the stylist to call me and work it out. I asked specifically not to speak to the stylist. Guess who called? The stylist. I will not argue with someone. The situation was shady, and the lady I spoke with when I called for the manager even agreed and said she had NEVER heard of someone doing that. Even if I am wrong, I will never pay 50.00 for a haircut again."

"Worse manager very lazy and does not return a customer call regarding a compliant , leaves the customer on hold for 15 min to never come to the phone. I was over charged for services I did not receive that day and it was never addressed. The stylist ruined my hair for the holidays plus I had to redo my own hair after paying them a harm and leg to screw it up. The company has a listing price for services for the stylist to follow. Yet they allow a entry level stylist to make up her own price is not right. I had the same service done a week before that and was charged according to their list price. Following week i am charged whatever they feel like. Then at check out they hound you for tips. I am sorry I don't tip for dishonesty and bad service. Don't waste your time and money at this dump."
