"staff is friendly, but they don’t know how to balayage or style dark, ethnic hair. i asked for a subtle brown balayage and received a copper color after 4.5 hours sitting in the chair past closing hours. haircut was not properly done, bangs were too short, no layers were added when i asked for them. the style given was also unflattering, bangs were styled poorly and curls were shirley temple-like. should do better training for more up to date hair styling techniques and proper coloring even when showed multiple reference pictures."
"If I could give more stars I would! After almost going through a terrible experience at a different salon I called Luxx and Jackie was beyond committed to get me taken care of! She did an amazing job and had all hands on deck to create a beautiful color that still blows my mind! Thank you Jackie, Jennifer, Melody and Sarah!! Will never be going to any salon but Luxx from here on out!"
