"I made an appointment for a pedicure & a dip manicure. When I arrived they didn't even ask my name. They asked what I wanted & whisked me off to a pedicure chair. I was given a whole 2 minutes to pick a color for both (fingers & toes) before another nail tech was setting me up for my nails while in the pedicure chair & one was setting up for my feet. It's hard to look at color swatches with one hand. It's also hard to relax when one person is telling you to do this with your feet & another is telling you to do this with your hands at the same time. One of my favorite parts of a pedicure is kicking back & getting that chair massage. That didn't happen. I usually dip my nails myself. (A couple of times a year I will have them done at a salon) I have all the stuff & have been doing it for years. I'm decent at it. I've been complimented on my nails several times. With that being said. I know the process & what the end result is supposed to be & how long it's supposed to last. This was just bad. It looked good for a few days but then it started to crack & the top coat was chipping. By end of week one, they looked terrible & right now at week 2 they look sad. Dip is supposed to last at least 2 weeks. I've had them last a month before & those still looked great they were just grown out. Pics are of 8 days & 13 days after. (This is the very reason I figured out how to do it myself) My pedicure was great. After the lady was done with my nails I was able to relax even after I was already frustrated with the whole process. If I do decide to return it will be for a pedicure only."
