"I had a fantastic experience here. Dr. Alice was warm, nonjudgmental, and informative. Rachel, my hygienist, took care to explain my options, checked on me often to ensure I wasn’t in pain or discomfort, and assuaged all my fears (I have dental anxiety, so this was especially helpful to me). They were also transparent about prices and billing, which is new for me. A+ experience—would recommend to anyone!"

"Dr Alice was great and all the hygienists and people at the front. Dr Alice especially was easy to talk to and ask questions and handled a curveball with a calm and competent manner when doing a filling (they discovered I had a second cavity that hadn't shown up on the xray). She and the assistant didn't cause any alarm for me while they were working on my mouth, handled it and let me know afterwards it was done. This helped me to stay calm and not worry when I wouldn't be able to ask questions anyways. Great great great experience and would recommend to anyone. They were very prompt in scheduling my appointment from the time I requested it online and prompt in follow up appointments to check on my bite after the fillings. 10/10!"

"I have had so many bad experiences as well as PTSD with all of my previous dental experiences. So much so that I came in extremely nervous and crying on my first visit to Exceptional dental. The staff took my reaction in stride and made me feel extremely calm and at ease. Dr Alice was not only competent, but also extremely kind and straight forward when describing her treatment recommendations while handling my dental emergency! I walked in scared and fearing the worst and left with not only my issue corrected with and plan to complete the work but also confidence in their ability to treat me going forward without fear. Thank you so much! Update: If I could give them 10 stars I would! Went back today for my follow up as well as had a new issue. Due to my great experience last time I went in without any fear or anxiety even though I was in a lot of pain. They took my new issue serious and bundled it in with my follow up appointment without a problem. I am very impressed with the care and consideration I receive here. From the moment I walk in, Dorothy already knows me by first name and even offers to hold my hand if I needed. Kaitlyn is very kind and extremely professional while handling my transaction all the while making sure that I have a complete understanding of the process and charges. Asia is the best! She really knows her field of work and I never feel uncomfortable when asking all of my questions. It has only been twice that I’ve been in her care and she takes time to listen and remember all of my concerns as well as fears. Dr. Alice has completely changed my mind on dentists, never making me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable. I used to avoid going to the dentist’s at all costs but now I can’t wait to schedule future checkups and preventative visits thanks to the team at Exceptional dental!"

"I love going to my dentist! Always efficient, calming, they give you a warm neck towel, and the hygienist is the gentlest I have ever experienced. I also appreciate that my dentist explains what he is doing/ looking for when he does my oral exam. The fish tank in the front is also a beautiful thing to look at while you’re waiting!"

"I believe taking care of your teeth is paramount to having good overall health... from Dr Alice to Jenn and Corinne I believe I am fortunate to have the best care available. Dr Alice has made recommendations that previous dentists have overlooked or not astute enough to consider. This caring attention to detail will impact my teeth for lifetime. My teeth cleanings are in good hands with Jenn as she has a skillful ability to gently clean my teeth thoroughly. Corrine does a great job with x rays. I always look forward to my visits as it is a very enjoyable experience... which of course cannot always be said with a dental appointment."
