"I had the best yearly checkup this week. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and checked in by the front desk. Dental assistant Elizabeth was cheerful funny and welcoming. I then was introduced to Jonathan Nguyen who is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with ease. The cherry on top was seeing Arrione from my last appointment. Her attention to detail and leadership in making sure she could tag team with Jonathan was lovely. It was also great to be greeted by the office manager on my way out. Looking forward to seeing this awesome team again."

"I wish I could leave 0 stars but I can’t. I came in with my cousin for his appointment last week. While nothing wrong happened with him. They had an issue with another patient to which I do not believe was handled well. The short girl upfront has the slightest clue how to talk to people in a professional manner and it seems as if this an all the time thing. And all the manger did to resolve the issue was bring up religion. Unacceptable. I heard multiple murmurs from the staff that this sort of thing happens all the time. Obviously the office is lacking tremendously. Although my cousins appointment went smoothly we won’t be returning. The doctor and her assistants were very nice and respectful. They explained everything thoroughly and had no issue explaining things my cousin wasn’t sure of. The issue is obviously coming from management and front desk. Five starts for the doctor and assistant."

"I found the office to be very nice and accommodating. Particularly thought Arrione Anderson, the hygienist was fantastic. She gave me tips I'd never heard before. Was incredibly helpful and did a great job cleaning my teeth."

"Wow! This dental group is amazing! Unfortunately, I had a dental emergency while on vacation in October and found LDC through my insurance. From the moment I called the main line I received excellent service as I was instructed who to call and how to ask for what I needed. From all the ladies at the front desk to Paris the dental assistant and last but not least, Dr Jonathan Nguyen, I was so impressed with the professionalism and care I was given that I have decided to come from Florida to have them perform further treatment! Kudos to the whole staff. I feel very fortunate to have found them and very excited to see them again next year!"
