"A friend and I tried smokehouse half chicken from church's chicken and it was good. I see they only cooked 2 at a time n I assume its not very popular. Unfortunately it dry and abit mummified from being under the heat lamp so long but still tasted good (it wasnt hard is what I mean) If I remember correctly it has a slightly sweet but definitely savory flavor. Give it a try. U might like it."
