"This place is a literal nightmare. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. In July of 2022- I went here because I bust out with random mouth sores. I was very distraught and confused about what was happening to me. I found this dental location through Google and they were the only one open at the time so i went. I got there at my appointment time-they took me and did an X-ray and took me into the room. I KID YOU NOT I WAS SITTING THERE FOR AN HOUR AND HALF and the dentist Ambrose was NOWHERE to be found. I asked the assistant where he was and she said “he should be coming soon.” He finally came to the office, again, an HOUR AND HALF LATER. When he came in-he was quite literally opening mail, while he asked me what’s going on. He was NOT in his appropriate dentist attire. (No white coat, no gloves, no nothing-just the clothes he can in with). As I was telling him what happened, he interrupted me and said those are mouth herpes. He did not open my mouth. He did not examine anything. He simply said “those are mouth herpes if you don’t believe me look on Google.” I told him that’s impossible because the man I am with hasn’t been with anyone else in his entire life. He then shake his head, and re-emphasized mouth herpes. He did not let me finish one sentence without interrupting me, and I again emphasize that he did not exam in my mouth one time and was telling me this information while opening Mail. When I was finally able to get a word in and explain that other doctors said it could be a bacterial infection, he laughed and called them amateurs. He prescribed me with oral antibiotics to get rid of the mouth sores and told me to go to a clinic to get tested. At this point I was crying and while we were walking out of the room, the front desk assistant was talking to me about my “herpes” while outside of the room violating HIPAA. The dentist then had to tell her to stop talking because of the violation. I went to a family doctor to get tested for every STD/STI and it was confirme that I had NO herpes at all. I ended up having symptoms of an auto immune disease. Today is the December 4th 2023, so this has been sitting on me for over a year and a half and I am just now writing a post about it because of the terrible nightmare I experienced here. I did go back up to the office and give them a piece of my mind about how I was treated but I feel as if it’s important for others to know how one could will be treated here. After all this, they called me sometime this year and said “Dr.Ambrose saw something in your X-rays and need you to come back in.”When i explained to the assistant what happened and how I’m never ever coming back in, she said “wow. Oh okay, well thank you.” And i hung up. HE IS A SCAMMER, wanting more and more money from you. There’s no way you’re looking at my X-rays from 2022. Please stop Just to let it be known, I am a black women and I was 24 years old.. completely traumatized. Thanks so much “Dr.” Ambrose"

Dr Ambrosia was amazing with the work done , I felt almost no pain and was able to get all the details I asked about for my consultation as well as the work he did. "Terrible customer service, overcharged patients. Doctor is rude. Deceive patients over phone lies and charge extra for regular services I recommend going to other dentist that are cheaper with nicer office. One that cares about your oral health rather your money. Overall experience was terrible."
