The employee working there tonight was very rude and tells me they aren't accepting cash that it's cards only and she told me to read the sign on the door and asked her about other register she yelled at me" there is 4 other stores around here,go to one of them and I wouldn't care if you never came back to this one again" Not a way to treat a paying customer!! "I stop here very infrequently, maybe 3 or 4 times a year. Last time I stopped was several months ago and I purchased a 79 cent frozen drink. Yesterday, June 7, 2019 about 5:15 pm, I stopped again to make the same purchase. I used the same cup and lid as previously. I asked the young female African American clerk what flavor the green frozen drink was and heard the second older woman clerk say that it was melon-flavored. I got my drink and went to the counter to make my purchase where the young clerk told me that I had used the wrong cup and that she would have to charge me double. I explained that I used the same cup as previously and she replied that she had told me when I asked about the drink flavor she told me I had the wrong cup. Well, my hearing is bad and I didn't hear her. Instead of politely informing me to use the correct cup next time and complete my purchase, she told me that on my previous visit they were out of the correct cup so that was why using it then was acceptable then but not now. (How was I to know?) She scolded me for using the wrong cup. This employee has poor customer skills and should be fired. I don't need her lip and sass. I will take my business across the street henceforth."
