"Got a root canal done here a while ago to a tooth that caused me 0 trouble. After the root canal that tooth is throbbing and the gums surrounding that tooth is sore and swollen weeks later. Also my first visit a patient and the dentist had some kind of disagreement that cause the patient to request for her brother to sit in the room.. Also the dentist acted like he didn’t want to be there, every time I went. The rest of the staff were all nice and inviting but not that guy. Looking for another place to have dental work.."
"This is the worst dental "office" I've EVER been to in my life. It's dirty and unsanitary. Staff was rude and spewing racial slurs. Doc was grunting and making noises. This is the most unprofessional I have ever been to. Don't worry I'll never go back. I can only imagine what nasty things they said about me when I left."
"After going to a previous dentist that caused me to have several issues along with an infection that lasted for almost 3 months I’m thankful that I found out about Dr. Williams. He was able to correct the issues & get rid of the infection that previous dentist caused. Not only was he knowledgeable, his bedside manners were superb.. He truly takes pride in his work & is caring. His staff is FANTASTIC! The lady behind the window was so sweet & so was his assistant in the back.The office was clean. Not only have I found a fantastic dentist, my two little girls have as well because I plan on him being their dentist too."
"I had a total hip replacement in 2021…now every dental visit, even for a simple cleaning I need to take antibiotics for 1 week prior to my appointment. Cherry, at the front desk has always been happy to call in the meds….even for my most recent appointment, I had forgotten about the requirements and needed to cancel at the last minute and start over with Rx….! She was happy to help and reschedule! Now I need some major work and she is working with my insurance for approval, etc. The staff in the back of the house are delightful and when I tell them I HATE having my teeth worked on…even cleaned…they are gentle and quick! I have been coming to see Doc for years and he is the best! Not only is he a great dentist…he makes me smile!!"
