"I had a new set of tires installed, I noticed the next couple of weeks that the vehicle was driving funny when it was going over 60 miles per hour. I had a front end alignment and the problem continued, had a second alignment and the problem persisted! A tech at Mavis suggested that I have the tires balanced because this made no sense. I took the car back to Graves and I watched the balancing closely this time; every single tire was out of balance! When they had originally installed the tires, they somehow forgot to balance them! Then they charged me again for something that they had forgotten to do in the first place! Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere!!! If you screw up as a business, you should at least fix the problem for free!!!"
