"Our driver went to this guy for bad release valve $80 parts and something that usually we pay one hour labor he charges double. he said he charges to go get the parts even tho its not a roadside repair he said there is a minimum of 2 hours for labor. I understand a job that takes 30min to be one hour minimum charge but 2 hours is a bit too much. part sits under catwalk and literally takes 15 min to get it changed. We have done these valves on other trucks and never been charged this much. not good way to do business."
