"I am giving two stars ONLY because I had a decent experience with the car wash part where I did it myself. The brush was good and gave ample amounts of soap. Now the vacuums? I paid the deposit of $1.50 and then some, so I could vacuum my admittedly dirty car. I get the vacuum, and it appeared someone caked mud all in the tube. It wouldn’t even vacuum a leaf. So I wasted $3.00 there. I give this place the benefit of the doubt, and go to the other vacuums. I put in the deposit of $1.50 and DO NOT put anymore in until I see just how well this one “sucks”. It did well! Was impressed and went about my vacuuming. It beeps, and says I need to put in another $1.50, so I put in the FINAL $1.50 to finish my car. Imagine my surprise that nothing can go right at this place….the machine appeared to take the $1.50, turn the vacuum on for about 5 seconds, and then NOTHING! The screen read “please deposit $1.50” as if I did not just do that. How can you possibly think it’s okay to run a business this way? Is there not a number we could CALL to complain? I don’t ever write negative reviews but this experience really took the cake for me. I will never be back to this car wash. I will drive to Texarkana."

"Mixed review. The attendant helping us at the kiosk was awesome and actually upsold us to the best wash. When we drove to the next attendant she barely sprayed us and went back to dancing. I will spend my money where I get a little more service."
