"We ran over a Milwaukee 1/4 inch screw bit on the outside tread On our Montana 5th wheels rear driver side tire(noticed tire looking slack while filling up with LP gas at Tractor Supply it's about 7:30 pm and no tire stores open now, I plugged the tire but it was still leaking and the TS manager suggested we should try the tire shop across the street in the morning and she's used them and was very happy with them, and sometimes she here's one of TS customers speak highly of this tire store) We got up and pumped our bad tire up and waited for them to open up. They opened up and we headed straight there, and the Guy behind the counter was Very pleasant to talk too, had a tire speed rated for 75mph and told me too back my 5ver up too the bay by the office and not to worry they're going to take good care of us. The guy who came out to take the tire off was very nice too interact with also and was careful not to scratch the rim or rv, and I made the comment not too overtiten the lug nuts when he reinstalled the rim/tire as I am getting weeker as I get older and can't break overtightend lugs loose anymore and proceeded into the office to pay my bill and in less than a minute he steps into the office door WITH A TORQUE WRENCH IN HAND and tells the guy that is ringing me up 150ft. Lb should be the correct TORQUE for our 5ver but check for him since our 5ver is fairly new, he checked it and the man installing the new tire was correct on the 150ftlb for our 5ver And NO we weren't locals, we were 600miles plus from home, met a few locals and they were very nice and personable also! FROM THE TIME WE PULLED INTO THE PARKING LOT TOO SEE IF THEY COULD HELP US TILL THE TIME WE PULLED OUT OF THE PARKING LOT AND ONTO THE HI WAY WAS LESS THAN 40 MINUTES AND THAT WAS WITH AWSOME SERVICE TO BOOT!! I HAVE NEVER SAID "I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A 10 STAR RATING" They love what they do and it shows, I bought the guy that changed my tire lunch if that's what he wanted to spend it on. I hope that when we head back east we can plan a route that will take me within a few hundred miles of this tire store so I can order a set of Goodyear 614 tires and have them install them on our Montana 5ver! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE!!!!!! WE ALSO WERE A WALK IN CUSTOMER WE DIDN'T CALL AHEAD!"
