"Stopped here looking for work shoes this morning. Very unfriendly and definitely no helpful employees here. There was 2 women. I asked twice, finally one walked over. Yet no size selection. 2 sizes!! I left empty handed. Wouldn't recommend this store. Unfortunately the only one in this area :("

"Decent selection, but everything was all mixed up and difficult to find what I was looking for. When I tried asking for help they acted like I was bothering them and just pointed. Places like this make it so easy for me to shop online."

"The store is very well laid out, in that they have an aisle specifically for Wide Width shoes. They had more of a selection than I expected. I browsed online before I went to the store and there was a questionnaire to help you determine which lines of their shoes fit your needs (high arches, slip resistant, etc.). They will even email you the results so you can go to the store and show the employees which ones you are interested in trying on. That was very helpful. The employees were also very helpful. They were running a BOGO-half-off sale, and the ones that were not included had a tag on them. That was neat and helpful. When I got to the register, they asked if I was a Rewards member. I had just signed up online the night before, but hadn't completed my profile, so my phone number wasn't coming up. They waited patiently for me to log in on my cell phone to add my phone number so they could find me. They wanted to make sure I got my points. And then, because I was spending over $100, she gave me the additional 10% discount as a Welcome Reward. I was very pleased with the experience and I'm sure I'll love the shoes. I will be back."

"What a great experience we had in getting my elderly mom some much needed shoes. I had called the store to see if they had a particular style. The associate; Ny went and checked, confirming they had what we were looking for. When we arrived, I asked for Ny, and she guided us to the shoes we were considering. My mom did not care for them, and Ny gathered other shoes in her size. My mom is having to use a walker and is moving a bit slow, but Ny was extremely patient and kind. She helped mom find the shoes that would work for her, and got a great deal on socks that were on sale. My mom loves the shoes and kept talking about how comfortable they were, as well as the confidence she felt in the traction. When I dropped her home, she told me she would probably sleep in them. LOL"
