"I love me some lane bryant and have always gotten my bras from here because of the helpful and friendly service. This was not the case today. I went in to get some new bras found 3 i liked and went to try them on. The first 2 i put on looked and felt amazing the 3rd one was just a little much with 6 clasps and a hook at the back of the neck... it was just a little too much work not a big deal just wasn't for me. Upon leaving the dressing room the blonde lady who let me in ask how everything went which i replied the first two were amazing but this 3rd one was just a little too complicated to which she replied after looking it over "it doesn't look that hard" with a little laugh like she was making fun of me i had to walk away as i felt my blood pressure rise... i was blown away at the audacity of this woman as she later say "oh i thought it clipped in the front i see how that be a little hard. Im sorry" across the store after i walked away before i snappped on her!! I am a waitress and if there is one thing i know its custmer service and she did not have to say what she said in the way she said it!! And then as i told her she was a little rude she said "well i said i was sorry" i had to get out of there after that! She ruined the whole experience... to the brunette that cashed me out you were amazing and i am so sorry you have to work with someone like her!"
