"The woman taking orders in the drive thru and handing out food was singlehandedly the most rude, aggressive person I have ever dealt with in the fast food industry. The food was good, though. And the manager was really friendly."
"Only person in line and oue order took over 15 minutes. The store was empty and dirty. We have gone the numerous times and no frosties were available. Pitiful that they have gone down so badly. We won’t go there yet!"
"My coworker and I usually come here for lunch. There’s always some minor problem, but nothing that ruins the meal or the experience. Today I came in and ordered a $6 biggie bag, which, after the fact, I realized I payed $9 for. The lady working the register was polite, but she seemed very disctracted- maybe stoned or under the weather. She also had headphones in her ears. Once I went to fill up by drink, I noticed the ice machine was out of ice. The soda flavor/water ratio was terribly low, that whole machine needs to be serviced. I hope this store can improve its store management and consistency, because the food is good. Perhaps my friends and I will return when proper management is implemented."

"This Wendy's could be so much better. Travel through Marshall very regularly and had stopped going because of poor experiences. I'll say one thing and that sums up why this location had challenges...the leaders are afraid of losing staff so not much is asked of the staff. The smallest things such as communicating with customers or being pleasant to customers or not literally be sitting in a filthy lobby just hanging out on your phone. The staff definitely would respond if pressed, but it seems attrition has won the day. This visit lobby had no ketchup, my order was mostly correct, but the fries were old and cold, our burgers did not have bacon and the nuggets were the incorrect count. They did correct the nugget count without any complaint. The restrooms were absolutely unusable and didn't have paper towel. In all I have to provide a low rating for this location. They have good people there and maybe I'm being optimistic, but it seemed like with structure and support for the manager it would thrive. Hope that helps someone."
