"I recently moved to Colorado Springs from New Mexico, and I have been craving authentic Mexican ever since I moved, rarely finding any that passes the test. THIS truck has the best Mexican food (I got a spread of all their different kinds of tacos) that I have had in this city! Everything was super fresh, And they keep things simple—just the meat with onions and cilantro—which is best. The salsa was tasty and had a decent bite to it. The service was wonderful, and they have a customer for life with me now. If you haven’t tried this place, I suggest you do so asap!"
