"I wanted to share my horrible experience that I just had at this location. My server was great. She was very attentive, we had a rather large party of 12. When they brought the food out instead of putting the serving tray at a nearby table the server used the ledge of the window to hold the tray. Well the tray slipped and food fell. Across me. I had ranch dressing across the side if my clothing. I had oranges in my shoes. I had to and broken glass. I had to go to the restroom to wash it off my clothing and there were no paper towels in the restroom. They gave me 10.00 gift card for Chili's. This doesn't even cover my dry cleaning."

"My Husband and I decided to have dinner. At our local Chili's last week. We sat down and looked over the menu to make our choice. We each ordered the 3 for 10.99. My Husband was brought his chips and salsa promptly. I waited on my soup entre. I eventually had to call the waitress back to our table to ask about my entre. She said she would check. About 10 minutes passed. It was finally brought to our table. She then came back to ask us.... What did you both order? I guess I left your order on another table. She never apologized for the inconvenience. Meanwhile others who came in after us were being served. My Husband was never asked if he wanted a refill on chips and salsa. Totally terrible experience."

"The service at this location was great and fast. They got the order right. It was a Togo order and it was perfect. The person taking the order was very helpful and good suggestions and recommendations on food and the sides. Plenty of parking. Place was clean."

"I give this location in Marshall a 3.5 star. Chili’s is one of those places that in my opinion you would go more to hang out with people than to find an extraordinary meal. Don’t get me wrong the food is okay but it’s just that, okay. I don’t frequent this establishment because the cost of food is definitely not worth the quality and quantity that you get. The wait staff was excellent this last time we went and really working hard and that says something! The place could really use a good deep cleaning though!! Another reason I don’t frequent this place is because years ago when my child was a little boy the waitress put his plate too close to the edge of the table and he dumped the contents out of the floor the minute he got his plate. She admitted it was her fault and still charged me for the spilled plate and the replacement plate. Then the next time we visited their was a fly in my child’s ice in his drink. They still charged us for that too! Maybe they do not do this to their customers anymore but it still stays in my mind from many years ago. It is still just an average restaurant in an average city in America."
