"I usually have a good experience at this location, i even travel from SWLA to shop here since ours was damaged in the hurricane. But this last experience has really ruined that for me. I purchased a step stool potty seat. the tag from the store when it was purchased brand new, was $11.99. Once upon a child was selling it for $15.99 (i didn’t pay attention, that was my fault.) but then when i open it to put it together it’s missing half the stuff so it’s completely unusable. super upset i wasted $15 for nothing and now have to purchase a new one. Workers definitely need to check to make sure parts are there and if not, label accordingly."
"RACIST! I have been shopping at this location for over five years and would consider myself a frequent customer. The recent employees and management has extremely declined over the years. They are rude and lack professionalism to say the least. I have watched the workers with my very own eyes discriminate against customers and not review their items.When I kindly mentioned my concerns of discrimination they told me I could no longer sell my items to the store on the next visit. Which is fine I have no problem going purchase brand new name brand items for a better price elsewhere. The owners of this establishment are actually very nice people but the choice of workers and management is questionable."
"I've always liked to come to this location, not anymore. I always donate and get store credit. The last two times I've donated the girls working there are very rude. I always wait in the store until they're finished and they get angry when I tell them that. When I ask how much they're paying they laughed at me and then said 5$ when I brung over 50 pieces of clothing that's clean ,folded, and namebrand. They did it to embarrass me and I will never come here ever again. It's a waste of time. I'll go to another location."
"Used to love this store. Not anymore. They sold my husband a defective pack n play. And there is nothing I can do because they have a no return policy. The thing actually rocks and isn’t steady at all!"
