"Albertsons Grocery 4060 Ryan St Lake Charles has gone WAY DOWN HILL!!! Monday 10-23-23 6:15pm Picked up prescriptions - Great as always Wanted to purchase 1 item 1 line open with 5 people in it Only other open was self check out with about 20 people waiting! Two Managers - I think - standing next to each other leaning against wall with arms crossed. If I wanted to check myself out - I would work for Albertsons. You have really dropped the ball with customer service! Only reason the got 3 stars is Pharmacy"

"I'm so dissatisfied with this store. I don't recommend it. I wish I could give them a zero. The manager I delt with needs to be let go. Another manager was called over and she tried to make it better but I'm not considering coming back."

"I appreciate this Albertsons although I don't make it on this side of town alot. Nice clean store with a vast selection. Friendly customer service. The in house made french bread in my opinion is the best. The seaffod and meat market are always fresh just like the produce and bakery."
