"WHEN YOU SHOP ON JC PENNY ONLINE APP THEY DELIVER TO YOUR HOME. I HAVE BOUGHT SHEETS & BED IN A BAGS ., EVERYTHING WAS FINE, I DIDN'T HAVE TO RETURN IT. "This review isn't for store...this review is for their photography department. My niece had an appointment for 2:30, when we got their it was a little before 2:30 and they had a lot of unhappy looking people waiting. Someone came to my niece to check her and in and see what kind of pictures she wanted. After about 20 to 30 minutes of being a little came in with her son (her appointment was for 3). She checked in and then left and came back about 20 minutes later. Now, mind you, my niece was told that she wouldn't have to wait long (after us sitting there for close to an hour with fussy one month old twins) she was told that 2 people were ahead of her. Once the first group finished, she was supposed to only have 1 group in front of her. Wrong, they late the lady whose appointment was for 3 go next, skipping my niece and another group. My niece was very upset and we left. They had the nerve to call her almost 30 minutes after we left, asking her if she was ready or wanted to reschedule. She told them ABSOLUTELY NOT. I would not go to this JC Penny to take pictures unless you have about 2 hours to waste. They're VERY understand staffed."
"Although I fully circled the store and yet did not purchase anything (this trip), I was greeted in every department visited. Customer service is alive and well at JC Penny. The store was clean, orderly with a nice layout. I got a lot of ideas for the upcoming holiday season."
"It's awesome when you are in the store and check out online because of coupons being applied but have to wait 3 hours to pickup. I literally had the item in hand and the lady that needed to pull it and process was standing 5 foot away straightening merchandise, I guess policy is policy!"
"Penney's is great. I always find just what I'm looking for at a fair price or on sale. Be it Ladies clothes. Shoes, Costume jewelry, home furnishings. Great sales. A great resource for excellent value. The photo is of the king size bed in a bag I got at Penneys for $30 recently. My sales lady found it for me. Such a deal!"
