"I have been a loyal customer of Orleans (Parish?) Coffee since the days following Katrina, when I made my first order. I was born in NOLA, and even though I was living in Memphis, I wanted to help a local small business get back on its feet. 15 years later I still get my coffee from them. I've never had anything close to a bad experience with them -- until two weeks ago, when an order I made apparently got lost by USPS. I emailed them about it, and they immediately responded that they would ship me a new order overnight. I was happy to hear that. The coffee arrived today -- along with a hand-written apology, some cute swag, and a refund (that I didn't request or expect). That's great service, and that is why I will continue getting my coffee from Orleans and continue to support this great small business. Oh, and the coffee is always fantastic, too!"

"Simply the best on more than one level. I finally found the best the city has to offer. They always have coffee roasted, same day, in the varieties I like. The quality of the beans is superior and the roast is perfect. I have tried almost everything the city has to offer, but this is superior. And the biggest surprise was that although I only buy a pound at a time, I am treated as though I am the most important person to enter their doors. And they remembered me the first time I returned. They roast a tremendous quantity daily and ship nation-wide so far as I can tell. It is hard to believe that they are so attentive to a small-purchase customer like me. Great place, great coffee, great people. BTW, I am local (Metry) and not from San Francisco."
