"Customer service is awful, workers dont care about their job, i waited 30min for a coffee, they were very slow and didn't seem to care about helping each other while one was being a cashier and preparing the food the others were hanging around waiting for the order to be put in. I should've just left and go somewhere else, but now I know I am never stopping by this Starbucks location. Starbucks should pay attention to their staff and make sure that they want to be working there, all them seemed like they didn't want to be there."
"Ordered an espresso Frappuccino with half the sweetener. The cashier was nice, the person making the drinks had an attitude. My frap was extremely sweet and came with a hair inside."
"Contrary to what most of the reviews say, I was pretty satisfied with this Starbucks. The lady who took my order was pleasant and seemed very kind. The bad news about this place was at the drink-making area. I came at around 5:30 on a Sunday. There was only one person making all the drinks and three people in the back playing on their phones. The woman making the drinks was very efficient, but there were only two other people in line with me, so I can see why this would cause lots of backups in the busy morning. The drink was good, I got a mango drangonfruit lemonade refresher. It was slightly under shaken and didn’t have the light ice I asked for, but other than that, it was a good overall experience."
"Best experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks airport!! Ordering was quick and easy and the line to order moved swiftly. They were out of blonde espresso and promptly informed me at my time of order (team was informed and communicated effectively with one another as well as with their customers - MUCH appreciated). Drink orders came out very shortly after ordering and were correct. Only thing that could have enhanced the whole experience was if the food came out at the same time and maybe a little quicker, but even that is not enough to drop a full star! Great work team Starbucks at the Main Food Court in MSY! Keep up the fantastic work!!"
"Customer service was excellent and very informative with the choices I was interested in. Was my first time at a Starbucks and it was a great time! Definitely will be one of my fave places for teas, cappuccinos and frappes. Also, had a breakfast sandwich that was the impossible sandwich. The plant based sandwich wasn't that bad. Never had it before and it didn't disappoint."
