"Ain't been home in over 10 years. Was very excited to have rallys from my home state. Was extremely disappointed. Customer service was terrible, they served us raw food, and they got our order wrong so we had to get back in line. I will NEVER eat at this place again. If I was you I would avoid this place like a disease. This visit happened at night as well. Between a "shift change" as reported by the employee on shift. My brother has a good heart that's the only reason we didn't decide to take legal actions. Raise your standard, leave a manager with the night crew or hire a new night crew your current one is complete trash. This happened last weekend as well on a Sunday night it was almost midnight."
"I ordered from here and this is the second time my food came looking any kind of way. The chicken sandwich I had tasted old and the lettuce was hella wilted. The fries was soggy and cold. The boneless chicken looked refried and tasted like it was. If I could rate them 0 stars I definitely would. Rally’s need to step their game up. This is beyond sad. I can’t believe I just wasted my money on this bs."
