"I’m only posting because this has happened to me more than once. I did give them the benefit of doubt the first 2 times, but 3 is excessive. Ordering online with them has been a hit and miss situation. The issue is that they claim to Not have received my order. Other issue is they don’t, even attempt to make it right, even though I presented the receipt and I was charged for the order. Their only solution was for me to call my bank and ask for refund. Will Never patronize them again. No customer service skills whatsoever. Additionally, I hope this review helps to keep you from making the same mistake."
