"Awful! Expect to wait at least 45mins in drive thru . They typically breakdown their line roughly an hour before closing resulting in no fried food items, but if you like cole slaw.....it's worth the nearly hour wait!"
"Popeye's is getting way too expensive, especially when they don't give you all of the food that you ordered and paid for. I try to call them, but there's never any answer. Popeye's has gone downhill ever since Al Copeland sold it. SMH. It doesn't even taste like Louisiana food anymore. It tastes like some kind of food that a restaurant in Delaware would serve and call it Cajun/Creole. And yes, I was born and raised in the New Orleans Metro area, so I know what Cajun/Creole foods taste like."
"I were on my 30 minutes lunch break. And I realized they forgot to give me my frozen lemonade drink. So I turned around to get my drink. Once I made it to my job I realized they messed my order completely up. I was beyond mad because my order was almost $18.00."
"I had ordered half spicy and half mild the cashier didn't tell me that there was no Korean mild chicken. So I was u Just waiting and when I ask about my order they had mixed it up.They was giving me the wrong order. So I talk with the Supervisor Denka and she help me out with my order."
