"Unfortunately this location has habitually been one of the worst locations in the area. The food is frequently cold, the service is only good with a few select experienced managers, and the store randomly closes when they can't find workers... I hope it gets better."
"I went to this Wendy's because the other location did not have the pretzel bun. They were very nice and even gave me an extra little plate for my son's fries. Also, the worker gave him a little book or cards to read."

"I don't go to fast food restaurants expecting a great experience, but was still disappointed. The only positive is that the employees were friendly, however this location needs better management. During non peak hours, my order took 11 minutes to come out. A large amount of drink selections in the coke machine were unavailable while others were flat. Tables were empty, but not sufficiently cleaned. Better management could improve all issues."
