"Had a difficult time ordering online, but once the store received the order the sandwiches were ready to pick up in a flash. Not crazy about raw onions on a Philly cheesesteak but the meatballs with pepperoni was yummy. Update 10/24/23: Ordered a footlong meatball sandwich today. Price and service were good, but meatballs were terrible! Very dense, no flavor. Subway, please go back to the old recipe or distributer."
"I have read some of the reviews here. My experience here was great. When I walked in everything was clean and I was greeted right away. I even complemented them on the well manicured food bar. I ordered 2 salads and one sandwich. I have no complaints at all. Very friendly staff."
"I ordered online. When husband arrived to pick up the order he was told there was no order. After checking my credit card I found that $20.23 had been charged to my card by Subway. I was then told I had to take that up with my credit card company. There is a process and paperwork I now have to go through in order to hopefully get my money back. This is unacceptable and I will let everyone I know about the poor service and the loss of money. Years ago I got sick on one of their seafood sandwiches. Didn't go back until just recently when my husband wanted to. NEVER AGAIN!!! This particular store does NOT care about its customers."
"BEWARE! They charged me for the wrong sub, which cost me $1.50 more than what I ordered and received. They put the receipt in the bag rather than handing it to me. I wonder if this was intentional to cover their overcharge. Now there is a trust, honesty, and integrity issue."
