Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"It’s Mardi Gras Tuesday so I knew ahead of time it was gonna be busy. Places my order through the app at 6 o clock . Arrived at 6:10, looked at online order stand and order was not ready yet. (Again , it’s to be expected it’s Mardi Gras which I was completely understanding of) Waiting until 6:25 and asked about order . Was given my 2 Large Cups with 2 Medium sized Lids. I patiently waited in line for lids and when I asked , was ignored . Patiently waited 5 more mins before asking again , and when I asked the cashier replied “ I heard you the first time when you asked” , finally received lids . I said thank you and patiently sat down. Multiple groups of families came in ordered, received food within 10-15 mins and left. This is when I started to get frustrated . It’s now 7:30 and although I was upset I never once lost my cool with any of the workers. I asked the same cashier about my order and she started yelling at me that they were understaffed and very busy. I didn’t respond , because I just felt very unjust about this situation. Manager noticed employee yelling and came over to help me. She asked the cashier where the ticket for my order was and cashier had been holding onto it. Manager made my order which was fresh but did not receive silverware , Napkins or the 2 extra Sweet Heat sauces I paid extra for . This wouldn’t have been a very big deal if I didn’t live in a hotel . I never once received an apology , and I do feel like racism was a big part of this situation . I would not like to say my skin color but , I was the only person of my ethnicity in the restaurant. I’ve never experienced a situation so terrible in my life and I feel I was treated very unfairly . I will be speaking with corporate about situation, I would definitely stay away from this Popeyes:("

"02/12/2025(mondayGrasd)I went to this place and when the camera arrived he didn't want to serve me because I was a black Latina who has spoken Spanish, but when he attended me he realized that he was making a mistake because my English will never be 100% but for now I am trying and I'm at 70%, it's the first time something like this has happened to me in this country but every day I learn something. On the other hand, the supervisor who was delivering the orders was friendlier."

"Food is always fresh at this location and I've never gotten spicy when asking for mild so for a popeyes 10/10. Service at the window is polite but brief and overall I prefer this location and will wait in my daily route to pass this one and get food here over all the ones on airline or vets"

"Psssst.... y'all, I didn't really go here at this time! GPS was doing something crazy! But I've been to a Popeye's before and if you haven't, you like, need to. Even if you're a vegetarian. Go get you some red beans and rice and a biscuit. It's like, good. You'll also be able to pinpoint the source when your doctor asks you- "Now, how do you think you started consuming so much sodium?" But it'll be worth it."

"Ordered delivery through Popeyes app. Missing items and mild chicken sent instead of spicy. Called store told since ordered through app had to resolve through app. Online bot offered $1.50 credit for the $7 side. In addition no offer to send the correct order! told 48 hours to resolve. Store manager offered no resolution despite the fact that they messed up order. NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!!!"
