"We are from out of state, passing through. We stopped for dinner and was politely greeted by a very friendly associate. She showed well established patience while our children recited their order in a non-typical fare. A team of fellow associates assisted in bring our order to our table, as we found a couple of hot dishes were not acceptably hot, but the crew corrected the problem graciously. Not every encounter in life is perfect, but it's accepted when promptly corrected, and this was. I recommend this location."
"So I decided I wanted to get some Dairy Queen it’s been literally 2 years since I’ve had some. I came through the drive through and I have to be honest, it did take a little bit long to order, due to lack of employment. Nobody wants to work these day or make their own money. But I have to say the guy that took my order through the speaker was awesome! He took my payment and notified me that they were getting my food ready. And he kept updating me the process with my chicken strip basket and my two blizzards. It’s the fact that he made sure I got everything that I needed. I don’t see many people that treat customers with great customer service. I miss seeing that. No matter what race or ethnicity you are that should never matter.
