"Horrible service, dining room full of customers but nobody is taking orders yet employees are putting orders for lunch while the line is really long and nobody has taken a single order, gave someone’s food to the wrong person and told that same guy “ I don’t know what to tell you because we don’t remake orders” closing the dining room during what seem to be the operating hours and closing the drive at the same time. Seems like employees sit in the clock and make as much money as possible without actually doing work, and when real work comes it’s the worst and the slowest. If I could give zero stars I wouldn’t hesitate. This location should be sole to another general manager, one capable of properly running a business."
"The service was so poor we waited in line for a while before the cashier took our order and the chicken was spoiled. I had to bring it to another store to get better service. I went on Louisa and Chef, and that's the best Popeyes you can find in N.O. I want to thank them for their great service"
"No one does Popeyes like New Orleans. I’ve gone all over the world and had Popeyes I’m different places but it just never taste as good that where it originates from. I used to eat at this particular one a lot when I was in college. So it was great to bring my kids here so they can have some. The service was standard and the atmosphere was a typical Popeyes."
"The Popeyes Store #2383 has the longest lines for any Popeyes. Ya know why? Cause it has the best damn chickin of all the Popeyes in the entire universe. Oh yeah. And you gotta get it with the red drank. You can thank me later."
"This place was not that great. I ordered 1 spicy chicken sandwich and one classic for a friend. Nothing was spicy about it. The bread was a bit overwhelming as well. What's crazy is the one off Carrollton and Earhart tasted 1000 times better. Also, what's their problem with not filling up the Cole slaw container. Lastly, why were none of the drink options in the lobby available. Why have all those choices and then have 90% of them unavailable. And the cashier looked lazy. Leaning on the cups instead of standing up straight. I get she may have an issue, but she has to get it under control. Hell, we all got to get it under control."
