"Store set to close at 7, came in at 6 and worker was closing the store. Took our orders and only allowed us 3 toppings when the sign stated unlimited toppings. Had to eat our “treat” in our vehicle since the worker closed the store 30 mins early. Don’t sell ice cream if you have ‘better’ things to do! Won’t be going back. Business owners need to hire the right workers so their store doesn’t fail !!"
"We went here in person and ordered a birthday ice cream cake a week in advance. They told us It would be ready on that Friday. Just went to go pick it up and they told us there was no order for it and that they didn't have it made. Was told that there was nothing they could do. This was for a planned birthday party. I will not buy from or recommend this place again. I never leave bad reviews but I felt the need to on this one so someones birthday party is ruined because they ordered a cake from here and they forget to make it."
"Went here a few months ago. The ice cream was so melted that when she handed it to me, it got all over my hand. The slab they mix it on isn't cold. I asked for a refund and all I was told was they could remake it. I didn't want melted ice cream again. Don't waste your money."
