"People were nice, food was terrible. Got a 5 price strip with fries and a lemonade, for $15. Two of the strips were completely undercooked so I threw those out, the other 3 were bland and tasted just like the churches next door on a bad day. The fries were the same, bland and greasy to the point where I couldn’t even finish them. The biscuit was good, as well as the lemonade but then there’sa another problem. They gave me no straw, and didn’t put the cap on correctly so it spilled on me as I was leaving the parking lot. I’ve eaten here plenty of times in the past before they have gotten this bad, it is absolute trash for the price and I will not be back. And as the always empty parking lot tells me, most people think the same, please close this location."

"I ordered ahead, got there 10 minutes later and was told it would be 3mins on my wings. Then they had a 25 minuit meeting in the dining room... my wings were in the window in 3 minutes like they said but they had no1 to box and serve. Ironically the meeting was about customer complaints on long wait times... and the "ghost pepper wings" were not even spicy. I got 4 flavors and when she got back she let the kitchen know she taking 24 ghost wings and then just put sauce on on 3 orders and plain for the last. I was quite disappointed"

"I have been eating at Popeyes for 40 years and this location in Scott, LA just served me the worst meal I have ever had from this franchise. There was no line at the drive through at a few minutes before 6pm which I thought was odd during peak dinner time. That should have been a clue. I ordered a 2pc dark spicy with fries and a side of red beans and rice. As I drove away opened the box to start munching on the fries. They were cold. Not even warm. I kept grabbing for more thinking the hot fries must be in there somewhere. Not. Then I found the leg and took a bite. Hot but disgusting. Chalky over cooked, not crispy and zero seasoning. I mean zero! Worst fried chicken I ever had in my mouth. I arrived at home and opened the red beans and rice. Sad to say that the cup wasn’t even half full. See the pic I included. The owner of this location has zero control over the quality and preparation of his or her products. The franchiser or corporate office should shut this location down! You may ask, why didn’t I go back and ask them to make it right. If this is what that staff is producing, I would be scared to receive quality food after complaining. I also included my receipt."
